Our handcrafted MáLà 麻辣 Chili Oil is a deeply flavorful, smoky, savory, complex spicy oil that will add a little oomph to all of your favorite dishes. This original chili oil is mildly MáLà 麻辣 (tingly, numbing, spicy) so that it balances instead of overpowering.

Our chili oil is made in small batches, and each jar will be labeled with its batch number.
